Step One

You can download a copy of the response letter provided to those who inquire about the Scottish Rite Learning Center Student Services.

Step Two

We need the parent’s experience and knowledge of your child’s behavior to assist in the evaluation and planning.  You will have the opportunity to add more information in the follow-on discussions with the SRLC Diagnostician.

Step Three

We need the knowledge of your child’s situation from their teacher’s viewpoint.  Download the questionnaire and provide it to their teacher.  They can return it to you or submit it directly to the SRLC.

You can submit your information either with scanned responses as attachments via

or by paper (USPS)  to Scottish Right Learning Center of South Texas, 308 Avenue E, San Antonio, TX 78205

You will be contacted by a member of the SRLC staff to set up a meeting to take further action.

If your child will benefit from specialized dyslexia therapy, your child will be assigned to an upcoming two-year Take Flight after school class.
