How to order curriculum from

The Luke Waites Center for Dyslexia & Learning Disorders

You should order the necessary curriculum well in advance of the start of your training you.

Follow the information below to order the curriculum directly from The Luke Waites Center for Dyslexia & Learning Disorders (LWC) at the Scottish Rite Hospital for Children in Dallas, Texas.

Below is a brief summary of the process.

Creating a New Account

If this is your first time to order material, you must first request a Scottish Rite account number.

  • If you plan to purchase curriculum with a school district purchase order, the account you request should be in the same name and address as the purchase order. Same applies with a school credit card.  Also, the tax-exempt form is required to be uploaded at the time of the account request.

  • If you plan to order curriculum with your personal credit card, the new account should be in the same name as the credit card and the credit card billing address.

  • After submitting the request form, it will be reviewed for all correct information.  You will receive a “Welcome Email” from adminupress@quad.com with a user id (your email address) and a “temporary” password.  You will be required to create a new password on your first login.

  • If corrections to your submitted request are required, you will receive an email requesting the missing information.

  • If there is no response your request for an account has been denied.

Updating Your Existing Account

If you already have an account with LWC but need to order new curriculum that does not currently have in your account:

  • Be sure that your training instructor has added you to the roster for the desired training

  • Use the button below and request “update to existing account”

  • Complete the form with all requested information and submit it

  • You will receive an email confirming your request 

Placing Orders

Log into the Order Portal using the button below with your credentials.

  • When placing an order with a Purchase Order you MUST submit a copy of the Purchase Order.  There is a link to upload the Purchase Order on the checkout screen.

  • If the Purchase Order is not submitted at the time of placing the order, your order could be declined or delayed.  Orders will not be held.

  • We do not change shipping options after an order has been submitted unless it is converted to freight shipping by the Fulfillment Center.

  • ALWAYS allow two weeks for shipping when ordering.

  • ALWAYS double check your shipping address before submitting your order.

Quote Request for Curriculum or Training

For school districts, regional centers or training that will need a quote for larger orders to prepare a purchase order, use this link to request a quote.  Submitting this simple form will route to our curriculum specialist who will provide the required quotation.

Order Issues
