The Scottish Rite Learning Center of South Texas is a 501(c)(3) charitable foundation created by the San Antonio Scottish Rite Bodies of Freemasonry. It was created and dedicated to assisting children with learning disabilities.

The Learning Center is funded entirely by contributions from Masons and non-Masons alike.  The Foundation offers an opportunity for gracious giving. A gift is a precious thing, and through it, the giver can live forever in the hearts of others.

As contributions are made available to the Learning Center, continued expansion of the new program throughout South Texas will be pursued, and more  children can be helped.

Therapist Training Scholarships

Most teachers have their tuition for the two-year therapist course paid by the school district where they are employed. To open this opportunity to others from your community without a sponsoring organization, any person or organization can sponsor a teacher for the two-year course. Please contact the center for details.

Memorial Offerings

Any person contributing $2,000 or more in cash or other assets — Funds received are placed in a permanently invested fund, the income from which is used to defray current expenses of the center.
