In order to have the necessary curriculum in hand before the start of your training you have two options.

• You can order the curriculum directly from the The Luke Waites Center for Dyslexia & Learning Disorders (LWC) at the Scottish Rite Hospital for Children in Dallas, Texas.

• You can have the Scottish Rite Learning Center of South Texas (SRLC) order on your behalf and reimburse the SRLC before the start of the training session.

This is a brief summary of the process needed for an attendee to order the necessary curriculum material from The Luke Waites Center for Dyslexia & Learning Disorders (LWC) at the Scottish Rite Hospital for Children in Dallas, Texas.

You should be prepared with the following information on how you will purchase the items by either Purchase Order or Credit Card.

If this is your first time to order material, you must first request a Scottish Rite account number.

• If you plan to purchase curriculum with a school district purchase order, the account you request should be in the same name and address as the purchase order. Same applies with a school credit card.

• If you plan to order curriculum with your personal credit card, the new account should be in the same name as the credit card and the credit card billing address.

• After completing the request form, your account number will be sent within three business days via the email you provided.

Once you have received your account ID and password, you can access the LWC Portal to complete your purchase.

• All curriculum orders are shipped GROUND. Please provide a physical address with city, state and zip.

• All sales are final.
