The Scottish Rite Learning Center of South Texas (SRLC) offers after school dyslexia instruction at no cost.  This is offered to a wide range of ages and needs. Our classes meet one hour a day, four days a week, Monday through Thursday.

For your child or young adult to be considered for our classes, we ask you to complete and return our Learning Cneter’s parent and Teacher Questionaires along with the results of any previous testing.

You can submit your information either with scanned responses as attachments via e-mail to janetflory@srlearningcenter.org or by mail (USPS)  to Scottish Right Learning Center of South Texas, 308 Avenue E, San Antonio, TX 78205

You will be contacted by a member of the SRLC staff to review this information and discuss with you if your child or young adult would benefit from an upcoming two-year Take Flight after school class.

Parent Questionaire

We need the parent’s experience and knowledge of your child’s behavior to assist in the evaluation and planning.  You will have the opportunity to add more information in the follow-on discussions with the SRLC Diagnostician.

Teacher Questionaire

We need the knowledge of your child’s situation from their teacher’s viewpoint.  Download the questionnaire and provide it to their teacher.  They can return it to you or submit it directly to the SRLC.
